Argali Records Netlabel

I. Send your 1-20 minute, lossless codec, Bandcamp compliant track to argalirecordsnetlabel@nym.hush.com through a file-transfer service (we prefer SwissTransfer, but most sites that are not WeTransfer work for us). Do not directly attach tracks to emails. Only one track per musician/band/label please. You can submit one track from a main project and another from a side-project.

II. Please be sure to label your email clearly AND make sure your track file includes your project name and track name (“PROJECT NAME – TRACK NAME”). This helps us immensely when finishing up the comp and preparing for release.

III. Please include your project Bandcamp and/or website in your submission email if you want us to include that info. Also feel free to remind us if we forget to include that info in the track info page.

IV. Please only send tracks through email through a file transfer service. You can send us a message that you want to send a track in, but you still need to email us so we have a record for our reference.

V. We do accept edits for longer tracks. Argali Records Netlabel CANNOT master, remaster, and/or re-encode your track. Please be careful with the volume level of your tracks, as we receive a wide range of musical content and will not volume normalize your track.

VI. Track graphics are encouraged, but not required. Graphics should conform to Bandcamp upload requirements (at least 1500×1500, please no huge 10+ MB files). Please label your graphic as same name as your musical project, as this helps us keep track of everything when preparing for release.

VII. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AI-GENERATED MUSIC TRACKS OR TRACK GRAPHICS.

VIII. There is NO profit sharing on Argali Records Netlabel compilations. Any purchase profits for compilations goes towards defraying hosting costs for the label.

IX. NO HNW. We have a loose definition of what this is, so when in doubt, send it in.

X. We reserve the right to reject or not include any submission for any reason.

XI. These compilations are Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licensed (argalirecordsnetlabel@nym.hush.com ). There is a small chance we may use your track in a promo video for the compilation. We also sometimes release full tracks to our YouTube page, and if we have not featured you before, we will get in touch beforehand. If you don’t want to be included in the CC licensing, please let us know BEFORE the comp is released. Thank you.

XII. These rules are not 100% set in stone, and have been written to facilitate the submission process, as well as address common questions and concerns raised over the years.
